Terengganu - part II

Assalamualaikum wbt

Waiting and counting the days for the next vacation.
And now we should proceed with the vacation at Terengganu last time.

For whom who like to snorkeling yet have a small budget like us who are student, let's go to Pulau Kapas, Terengganu. Just cost us only RM60 for return ticket including snorkeling activities. Jeti Pulau Kapas located at Marang, Terengganu. You can park your car there for just RM5 per day.

To added the small room for changing, it cost only RM70. But you can choose for your own and your budget. If you are going with the group of 5 or 6 just take one small room, is enough. You are on a budget trip aren't you? So you need to decide carefully to save the budget. Moreover, you will just use that room for changing, no need a comfortable room.

Like when our trip last time, even we have 2 guys and 6 girls, we just take one small room. Yes, one room. What to worry about? We can take turn to change, aren't we? And also, while we are in the water, we kept our belongings in the room for safety. It was one day trip only. We do not stay at that island because it will cost us a lot! And plus, we went there just for snorkeling, one day trip is enough. We get back on that same day, in the evening, taking the last boat to the land at 5pm.

first boat at 9.00 am

We did enjoyed ourselves at Pulau Kapas. Take a lot of picture together after arrive there. And for the food, we bring our own lunch because the food and drinks at island are pretty expensive. For saving the budget we should always alert with the place that we go. Need to do the early planning. Mihmih  :)

Before snorkeling activities, we had some ice-breaking and play together with the snorkeling instructor. It was great experience back then, they were so kind that we still keep in touch with each other until today. And what more surprising? One of us are friends with the instructor's sister! What a coincidence!

The money that we paid for is included with the goggle, snorkel and fin and also the instructor. Don't get us wrong, we do not get the instructor, but we get their guidance. Hahaa. The instructor teach us how to swim first, for us to get water confident. After we had familiarized with the water condition, they start to teach us to snorkeling. There are few of us who already had the snorkeling experience. So the instructor just take care of whom are first timer.

For whom are first timer, to do this activities are very exciting and satisfied with the services that been provided by the company. They do not just just teach us, but they also get along and chit chatting with us so that we do not feel so awkward. They have a great sense of humor you know! We cant stop laughing back then.

Lunch with the foods and drinks that we bring. The funny story here is that, the food is not very delicious but with a empty stomach, everything feels delicious to us. Hehee. And the most important thing is we should protect our earth by throwing the rubbish into the dustbin that have been provided. Other than that, because of the temperature is in high degree, we have to use the protection for our skin. It can prevent our skin from get darker and also from the skin cancer.

But for youngsters like us, we do not care about our skin get darker. What we care about is, enjoyable moments with friends! So we do not apply any skin protection. And the result is? Well, you figure out yourself!

The chalet that we choose for the changing.

We back to the jetty at 5.00 pm. That was an exhausting day for us. The most important is we enjoyed with the trip that we planed ourselves. What makes this trip more enjoyable is that we had our friends with us.

p/s: For people who like to snorkeling and scuba diving, why not try to do that activities at Pulau Perhentian or Pulau Redang, both located at Terengganu. We heard that the coral at this two island were beautiful and nice.

So its been a while when we last come here in Malacca, finally we had the chance to further our  studies at UiTM Bandar Melaka. It such a honour and also a blessing!

Semester 1, as a freshie, our group had been asked by our lecturer to completed assignment for subject Principal of Tourism. Then we decide to make a research at Kota A'Famosa, where it is the place that we wanted to visit since the first day we arrived Malacca. All of group members feels very excited with the small trip, as we called it site visit. Well, you know, we make it sounds like that to encourage ourselves more to completed the assignment given in a short time to compete with others. At school holiday why not bring the kids to visit this place because we are very sure they will like it. This is because we had already experience the joy of visiting Malacca, once when we are kids. And we are very sure despite of technology these days, the patriotic spirit is still exist in the blood of the kids as they learnt the History at school.

What's special about Kota A'Famosa is the museum there. With only the fee of RM5, you will be able to enter the 6  museum! Isn't that cheap? You want more? Just wear school uniform, you just have to pay as low as RM2. What are you waiting for? Go for it !!!
